How An Install Runs
Most garages: two days, start to parked.
Day 1 · Morning
Diamond Grind & Prep
We mechanically profile the slab to a CSP 2–3 and vacuum-grind the dust. Grinding opens the concrete's pore structure so the coating bonds mechanically instead of peeling like a painted-on finish.
Day 1 · Midday
Crack Repair & Prime
Control joints and cracks are filled, then a moisture-mitigating epoxy primer is rolled to block vapor transmission from the slab below.
Day 1 · Afternoon
Base Coat & Broadcast
The pigmented base coat goes down, and flake or metallic pigment is broadcast or worked in while it's still wet.
Day 2 · Morning
Scrape & Inspect
Excess flake is scraped flat, the floor is vacuumed clean, and seams or low spots get a second look before topcoat.
Day 2 · Afternoon
Clear Topcoat
A clear polyaspartic or urethane topcoat seals the system and adds the chemical, abrasion, and UV resistance that does the long-term work.
Day 2 · Evening
Walk On It
The floor takes foot traffic that evening. Vehicles wait out the full cure — as little as 24 hours on polyaspartic, up to 72 on standard epoxy.
